To use the BBBOnLine Reliability Program
seal, companies are required to:
- Become a member of the Better Business Bureau
where company is headquartered;
- Provide the BBB with information regarding
company ownership and management and the street address and telephone number
at which they do business, which may be verified by the BBB in a visit to
the company's physical premises;
- Be in business a minimum of one year (an
exception can be made if a new business is a spin-off or a division of an
existing business, which is known to and has a positive track record with
the BBB);
- Have a satisfactory complaint handling record
with the BBB;
- Agree to participate in the BBB's advertising
self-regulation program, and correct or withdraw online advertising when
challenged by the BBB and found not to be substantiated or not in compliance
with our children's advertising guidelines;
- Agree to abide by the BBB
Code of Online Business Practices, and to cooperate with any BBB request
for modification of a website to bring it into accordance with the Code;
- Respond promptly to all consumer complaints;
- Agree to dispute resolution, at the consumer's
request, for unresolved disputes involving consumer products or services.

a business's participation in BBBOnLine does not guarantee you will be satisfied
with its product or service. While BBBOnLine participants have satisfactory
complaint handling records with Better Business Bureaus, this does not mean that
they have never experienced complaints, nor is it a guarantee that they won't in

Information Collected and How it is Used If you opted to register
with us you are asked for a login id and a password to establish the
registration. Once registered you may input Name, and address to facilitate
ordering and reordering from ClubNatural.COM, however, registration is not required to
order from us.
During the order process you will be asked for shipping information name,
address, telephone number, email, and choice of payment method. This information
is collected in order to process your purchase and shipping purposes. Upon
completion of the online order a confirmation of your order will be sent via
email to the email address you supplied. If you opted to rate us you will get
another email in 2 weeks from Yahoo with a rating form.
ClubNatural.com is hosted by the Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! hosts the store pages, ordering
system, and order data. Yahoo! automatically collects order information but may
only use this information in the aggregate. If you accessed this store through
Yahoo! Shopping, Yahoo! also automatically collects information about your
shopping experience. Please see the Yahoo! Privacy Policy for more
information about how Yahoo! uses this information.
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes
internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP),
referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to
analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and
gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are
not linked to personally identifiable information.

Security When you submit personal information on our Web site,

When you submit sensitive information (such as credit card number), that

form which is hosted on the Yahoo Store platform, the lock icon on the bottom of
Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes
locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'.

Advertised Prices
Due to the change in price of raw
materials, if you order a product that has increased in price, we will inform
you via e-mail to confirm the new sale price for your approval before we
