Fatty acids have important functions in the building and maintenance of healthy cells, and are used by the body as emulsifiers and lubricants. As an ester, CM is stable and highly resistant ot oxidation. Source Naturals CM Complex is derived from a vegetable source and contains no solvents or acid residues.

Directions: Three softgels 3 times with meals. For best results use other supportive nutrients such as vitamin C, glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate and MSM. Reduce or eliminate caffeine, smoking and alcohol from the diet.
