Monthly Comfort™ features nutrients to help support balance during women's cycles.

Suggested Use: 2-4 tablets 2 times per day with meals during the week before menses. Discontinue use during the first 3 days of the cycle, then 1 to 3 tablets twice daily for the remainder of the month.
