Directions for Use: Stir 1 Tbsp. into a large glass of water or juice. Stir well and drink immediately. Follow with an additional glass of water. Do not swallow in dry form. Use 1 or 2 twice per day or as directed by your health professional. Hi-Lignan Nutri-Flax is safe to use daily and can be added to blender drinks, "green drinks" and baked goods. Excellent as an egg replacer in baking recipes (1 tbsp. Hi-Lignan Nutri-Flax and 3 tbsp. water equals 1 egg; mix and let stand for 30 secs.)
