Diet Fiber Re:fresh powder contains a unique
combination of ingredients to help support the body's natural detoxification

Suggested Use: For adults use only. Before
meals, mix or blend one rounded scoop of Diet Fiber Re-Fresh powder with 8
ounces of water or non acidic juice (apple or papaya), 1 to 3 times daily.
For best taste and solubility, mix with cold apple juice. Important:
Graduallly, over one week, increase from 1 to 2 scoops daily to allow your
system to adjust to a higher fiber intake. Drink 8 to 10 glasses (8 oz.) of
water daily. Use this product with the enclosed Maximum Metabolism Weight Loss
Plan.
