DHEA is an important adrenal hormone. DHEA levels tend to decline with aging and adrenal stress.

Recommendations: One capsule daily or consult your physician to determine the appropriate daily level.

Women should not exceed 25 mg daily and men should not exceed 50 mg daily without first consulting a physician to verify DHEA levels. Not intended for anyone under 18 years of age.
