of Type II collagen and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) such as chondroitin-4-sulfate
and chondroitin-6-sulfate. Chondroitins are the main GAGs found in
connective tissue and joints. GAGs are polyanions that attract water resulting
in enhanced hydration in joints. Type II Collagen is an essential
structural mucopolysaccharide in cartilage and supports joint and connective
tissue health.
Usage: Take 2 to 4 capsules per day,
