About Our Niacin
Energy Caps contain 50 mg of niacin per capsule. SuperNutrition uses niacin rather than niacin amide because it is the more active form of Vitamin B-3 and provides nutritional benefits not available from niacinamide, including a possible "niacin flush." The niacin flush represents increased blood flow and which in turn, carries more nutrients and oxygen directly to the cells of your body. This niacin flush may result in a warm tingling of the skin, and possibly an itching sensation. It can last from 30-180 minutes or more and may be followed by a slight passing chill.
Suggested Use:
Take 1-3 capsules daily as a dietary supplement. Bioavailable within 3-5 minutes on an empty stomach. Taking more than 1 capsule may result in niacin flush. See below about possible niacin flush.
