The botanicals in Feverfew Head Aid represent a superb blending of modern European science with traditional Chinese herbalism. Lifestyle Recommendations: Avoid excessive stress and consumption of saturated fats, sugars and caffeinated drinks. Exercise and eat regularly scheduled meals.
