These "O" capsules are 100% gelatin from bovine source. Quantity per bottle: 100 Empty "O" capsules.
Suggested Use:
Fill empty capsule with nutrient desired.
Biosil Usage: Just prior to ingestion, pull capsule apart and squeeze 6 drops from bottle into the larger half of the opened capsule. Close capsule by bringing the two parts black together and take with fluid. Do not pre-fill.
Herbs, Extracts and Supplements Usage: Fill as needed or pre-fill capsules, if not a liquid, and place back in bottle.
